Hello! My name is Tiffany Whitely, and I am the proud founder of Humble Abode Interiors, LLC. Growing up, my family moved frequently, and I always looked forward to setting up my new room, experimenting with fresh designs, and creating a unique space that felt like my own. Looking back, I now see this as a gift—a creative passion that God planted within me.
That gift truly came to life during the recent renovation of our home. While many would have overlooked its potential due to its outdated design—the mud-brown exterior, beige square tiles, faux wood paneling, and an unmistakable orange kitchen—I saw its promise. With love, determination, and plenty of sweat equity, my husband and I transformed our 1977 house into our dream home, affectionately called our “Humble Abode.”
This journey ignited my passion for interior design, leading me to collaborate with talented designers and assist friends and family in creating spaces that reflect their personalities and feel like home. To refine my skills, I completed the Interior Design Program at the New York Institute of Art and Design and am currently preparing for the RIDQC certification through the Designer Society of America.
When I’m not immersed in design projects, I find inspiration in nature, especially in the mountains. My husband, Travis, our beloved dog, Scout, and I love chasing sunrises and sunsets, soaking in the colors, textures, and sounds that recharge our spirits and creativity.
Thank you for visiting—I look forward to connecting with you and helping you create a space that truly feels like home.
“Blessed are those who see beautiful things in humble places where others see nothing.”
